By creating a Propal account or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them.
Propal provides a gamified fitness tracking platform. We may add, change or remove features over time.
You must be at least 13 (16 in the EU). You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account.
Don't break the law, abuse the service, scrape data, attempt to access other accounts, reverse-engineer the platform, or submit content that's harmful, illegal or infringes others' rights.
Propal is not a medical device. Information shown is for general fitness purposes only and is not medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before starting any exercise program.
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from settings — access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion and where required by law.
You keep ownership of content you upload. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display it solely to run the service.
You can delete your account any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, where required by local consumer law; otherwise by the laws applicable to Propal's principal place of business.
We may update these terms. We'll post the new version here and update the "last updated" date.
